Sometimes literally lol. They have the good image to go with it and this vibe that makes you wanna do them or flirt and stuff. That's just my point of view Like, you look at them and they're eye candy, and that's sorta pretty much it.
You don't wanna do much with them other than look. From what I've seen, they both mean good-looking, but "attractive" is more of an emphasis on the body whereas "pretty" is more focused on the face.
